My name is Randy Haifley, and I am the proud owner of R & T Shell Rapid Lube in Lakewood, Colorado. For over thirty-five years, I had the privilege of co-owning and managing seven successful automotive maintenance and repair franchises. During that time, I gained invaluable experience, learned the ins and outs of the industry, and developed a deep passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

In July 2024, my wife Tracy and I decided to take a bold step forward and build something of our own—an independent family business rooted in the values that have always been important to us: family, community, trust, loyalty, professionalism, and quality service.
